Ghost Veil is a perfect name for this scent. It is light, airy and just a tiny bit dusty in the best way. “Melancholy” is certainly a word that comes to my mind, too. There is certainly is a Victorian Ghost trapped in there somewhere.
This scent kept me company throughout some very hot summer days during a heatwave and was easy to wear even then! Absolutely gorgeous, and I’d highly recommend this to someone who likes to smell haunting, but in a more subtle way.

It’s a beautiful skin scent with a slightly melancholic feel to it! The name fits perfectly, it’s like receiving a hug from a friendly ghost. Others don’t notice it, but you sense a comforting presence and feel calm and melancholic at the same time. It opens with floral notes, mostly magnolia, blended with musk and green accords. After a few minutes, the violets come through, making it smell greener. I can’t detect any woody notes on my skin, it becomes a beautiful floral, musky scent with green notes. It’s perfect for daily wear in places where strong perfumes aren’t really appropriate! I’m excited to try it again in spring and summer — I think it’s the perfect scent for when it gets warmer!
