The opening reveals the powdery tenderness of violet and the floral freshness of magnolia. The heart warms with the depth of golden amber, enriched by the mineral and marine accents of ambergris. It’s a beautiful skin scent with a slightly melancholic feel to it! The name fits perfectly, it’s like receiving a hug from a friendly ghost. Others don’t notice it, but you sense a comforting presence and feel calm and melancholic at the same time. It opens with floral notes, mostly magnolia, blended with musk and green accords. After a few minutes, the violets come through, making it smell greener. I can’t detect any woody notes on my skin, it becomes a beautiful floral, musky scent with green notes. It’s perfect for daily wear in places where strong perfumes aren’t really appropriate! I’m excited to try it again in spring and summer — I think it’s the perfect scent for when it gets warmer!
